We are committed to working very closely in partnership with parents. As a result, we welcome parent’s comments and suggestions and promote the importance of consulting on a regular basis. Please do leave us a review to let us know how we are doing.

During your child’s settling-in the period, you will be introduced to your child’s key worker and they will gather all the information they can from you about your child. We like to make sure that a child's time at Plaxtol nursery is as happy and as informative as possible. We will discuss your child’s dietary requirements and preferences, play and general behaviour to ensure that we can work together to give your child the experience they deserve.

When you come to pick up your child, we provide you feedback on your child’s day.

Newsletters are emailed out weekly and the parents’ board (displayed at the Nursery entrance) provides a great way for parents to receive regular communication. We also send out questionnaires on a regular basis, to help us improve the smooth running of our nursery.

Importantly, parents can arrange to visit us at any time of the day to take part in the nursery activities and we invite you to talk more closely with your child’s key worker and the team during bi-annual parent’s evenings.
